Here’s this week’s Princeton hockey recruit roundup:
Gloucester lost three games last week, allowing 20 goals in that span. Connor McLaren played in two of the three games and recorded an assist.
Ryan Kuffner, who recently committed to Princeton, appeared in one of those three losses
Amarillo split its series with Topeka, and Joe Grabowski recorded an assist and a plus-2 rating in the win.
David Hallisey recorded an assist over the weekend as the Islanders Hockey Club split its series with the South Shore Kings.
Michael Lackey started two games for the USNTDP U-17 team this week. In the 4-2 loss to Sioux City he made 34 saves. In the team’s 10-4 loss to Sioux Falls, Lackey made six saves on 11 shots over 32:38 of the game before being replaced by Luke Opilka. Lackey saw playing time on Wednesday in the team’s 5-4 loss to Fargo, replacing Opilka. He made 12 saves on 13 shots and was credited with the loss in all three games.
Tony Calderone recorded three points (1g, 2a) in Sioux Falls’ three wins over the past week. Over those contests, the Stampede scored a combined 16 goals.
The Fighting Saints defeated Chicago 6-2, lost to Sioux Falls and then put up eight goals on Fargo. Eric Robinson recorded a goal and an assist over the week.
Matt Nelson recorded an assist over the week.
Sioux City’s Stuart Pomeroy has not yet returned from his injury.
